Yachtfidence sells digital products only.
Products may include courses, templates, downloads, assessments, memberships, digital tools, and related resources.
There are no physical shipments and no returns of physical goods.
30-Day Value Guarantee
Yachtfidence offers a 30-Day Value Guarantee.
If you do not find real value in a Yachtfidence product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How To Request A Refund

- The email used at checkout.
- Product purchased.
- Date of purchase.
- Optional note on what missed the mark.
We will review your request and aim to reply within 2 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank, card provider, Shopify, Whop, or payment processor may take additional time to post the credit.
Eligibility And Limitations
The 30-Day Value Guarantee applies to eligible Yachtfidence digital products.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If a product includes course access, community access, memberships, downloadable assets, templates, or other digital materials, your access and licence may be revoked once a refund is approved.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, repeated refunding across multiple products, account sharing, unauthorised distribution, or breach of our Terms of Service.
Digital Product Access
Because Yachtfidence products are digital, access may begin immediately after purchase.
By purchasing and accessing digital content, you acknowledge that the product may be delivered instantly through Shopify, Whop, email, download links, or another approved delivery platform.
EU Customers And Cooling-Off Period
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right.
Regardless, Yachtfidence voluntarily offers the 30-Day Value Guarantee described above.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable for digital products.
Sale Items, Bundles, And Discount Codes
Refunds may apply to sale-priced digital products and bundles under the same 30-Day Value Guarantee.
Gift cards, discount codes, promotional codes, and redeemed access codes are non-refundable unless required by law.
Failed Access Or Technical Issues
If you cannot access your product after purchase, email us before requesting a refund so we can help resolve the issue.
